We provide delivery and courier services for packages within our operational areas. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and ensure that the items you send comply with all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• The shipment contains prohibited items (like explosives, illegal goods, or your ex’s dignity).
• The information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
• The order violates our policies or any applicable law.

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, Square, and PayPal.
We don’t store your credit card details (because frankly, we don’t want that responsibility).

By submitting payment information, you authorize these third parties to process your payment in accordance with their terms.

If you need to cancel a delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the delivery process.
Once the package is picked up or in transit, refunds may not be available — because time and gas aren’t free, unfortunately.

We’ll do our best to deliver your packages safely and on time. However, we’re not liable for:

• Delays caused by events beyond our control (traffic, weather, zombie apocalypse, etc.).
• Loss or damage due to incorrect information provided by you.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (basically, anything you can’t prove we caused).

If a shipment is lost or damaged while in our possession, we’ll evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis according to our internal policies.

You agree not to use our Site or Services for unlawful purposes, spam, hacking, or impersonating someone else (unless it’s just for Halloween).

All content on this Site — including text, logos, images, and designs — belongs to Expeditiously Courier Service LLC. Don’t steal it, copy it, or use it to start your own “Totally Not Expeditiously” courier company.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (like payment processors or analytics services). We’re not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or your inability to find the “contact us” button on their site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Site means you accept the revised Terms.
