You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Expeditiously Courier Service LLC provides courier, same-day delivery, scheduled delivery, rush delivery, document delivery, and related logistics services.
Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, traffic, operational capacity, and other factors.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
• Properly package all shipments.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure that all shipment contents are lawful and eligible for transport.
You are responsible for any losses, damages, delays, or expenses resulting from inaccurate information or improper packaging.
Customers may not ship:
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or hazardous materials unless expressly authorized by law and accepted by the Company.
• Stolen property.
• Counterfeit goods.
• Perishable items unless specifically approved.
• Any item prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
The Company reserves the right to inspect shipments when permitted by law and to refuse service for any prohibited item.
Estimated pickup and delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Delays may occur due to:
• Weather conditions.
• Traffic conditions.
• Road closures.
• Mechanical issues.
• Government actions.
• Force majeure events.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by such events.
All charges are due at the time specified during booking or invoicing.
We may accept payment through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize the processing of applicable charges.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services and collection actions where permitted by law.
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
Refund eligibility is determined based on the stage of service completion.
No refund may be available once a driver has been dispatched, a shipment has been picked up, or transportation has begun.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period.
Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and report any loss or damage promptly.
Any claim for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days after delivery or the scheduled delivery date.
The Company's liability for loss or damage shall be limited to the lesser of:
(a) the actual value of the shipment; or
(b) $100.00 per shipment,
unless additional declared-value coverage was purchased and accepted in writing by the Company.
The Company is not liable for:
• Consequential damages.
• Lost profits.
• Indirect damages.
• Emotional distress.
• Delays not caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expeditiously Courier Service LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific shipment giving rise to the claim.
You agree not to:
• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Distribute malware or harmful code.
• Interfere with website functionality.
• Misrepresent your identity.
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.
All website content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Expeditiously Courier Service LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Your shipment contents.
• Your violation of any law or regulation.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, utility failures, or transportation disruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiations.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
